Integrum Asset Management IPAS informs investors in whose possession are shares of mutual funds managed by Integrum Asset Management IPAS (hereinafter - investors) that the Investor review process is ongoing and invites Investors to contact Integrum Asset Management IPAS to submit information and documents in person for initiation of the compliance review of investor. Investors whose shares of mutual funds are safekept in ABLV Bank Luxembourg, S.A. in judicial liquidation, have to to contact ABLV Bank Luxembourg S.A. in judicial liquidation and provide their consent for disclosing all necessary information and documents requested in the investor review process to Integrum Asset Management IPAS. After receiving the consent of the investor, ABLV Bank Luxembourg, S.A. in judicial liquidation will ensure the disclosing of the information and documents requested in the investor review process to Integrum Asset Management IPAS.

Investor review process is performed by Integrum Asset Management IPAS and supervised by the regulator – Latvijas Banka. 

Investor compliance review constitutes an essential precondition for Integrum Asset Management IPAS to continue cooperation with the investor including processing transactions with the shares of mutual funds. Integrum Asset Management IPAS will process transactions with the shares of mutual funds only after the investor’s compliance review and if there are no restrictions in accordance with the legal acts.
