Hereby we inform you that Financial and Capital Market Commission registered the amendments to the prospectus, regulations and basic information for investors of the investment fund ABLV Multi-Asset Total Return USD Fund on 9 November 2022.
The introduced amendments refer to the changes in the name of the investment fund and the investment policy. In addition, information about risks, information about remuneration policy of the Managing Company is updated, as well as links to the Managing Company’s website are changed and other editorial corrections are made.
The amendments in the normative documents of the investment fund become effective on 19 November 2022.
According to the amendments, the new name of the investment fund will be Integrum Multi-Asset Total Return USD Fund.
Amendments to the investment policy provide wider investment opportunities as the limit for investments in exchange-traded mutual funds investing in equities has been increased from 75% to 100% of the fund’s assets.
