Hereby we inform you that Financial and Capital Market Commission registered the amendments to the prospectus, regulations and basic information for investors of the investment fund ABLV Emerging Markets Bond Fund on 3 October 2022.
The introduced amendments refer to the changes in the name of the investment fund and the investment policy. In addition, information about risks, information about remuneration policy of the Managing Company is updated, as well as links to the Managing Company’s website are changed and other editorial corrections are made.
The amendments in the normative documents of the investment fund become effective on 13 October 2022.
According to the amendments, the new name of the investment fund will be Integrum Global Bond Fund, and the names of its sub-funds will be Integrum Global USD Bond Fund and Integrum Global EUR Bond Fund.
Amendments to the investment policy provide wider investment opportunities and better diversification. In the future, the investment fund will have the opportunity to make investments not only in government bonds of developing countries, but also in the debt securities issued and guaranteed by the central banks, national governments, municipalities, commercial companies and credit institutions of countries from other regions of the world.
